Connor’s Heroes is a Richmond-based nonprofit supporting children with cancer and their families throughout Central Virginia.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, a time to recognize the children and families facing cancer and the medical teams and researchers working toward better treatments and cures. For 20 years, Connor’s Heroes has worked to support families from diagnosis through treatment and beyond with financial assistance, hospital meals, family programs, emotional support, and funding for childhood cancer research.
