Shineforth Child & Family Services is a nonprofit organization that’s been serving children and families from the same location in Richmond since 1900, and today they operate at eight locations statewide, including Lynchburg and Tidewater. Their suite of services includes foster care and adoption, specialized K-12 education, a residential treatment program for youth, and outpatient therapy.
