The Suicide Prevention Awareness and Resource Council (SPARC) is hosting the 11th annual SPARC of Hope 5k on October 17 at East End Farm in Louisa County near Xion Crossroads.
This event is a chance to honor loved ones we’ve lost and celebrate hope, healing, and change. For the 5K, all skill levels are welcome: walkers, runners, and leashed dogs too. The event also features a speaker, refreshments, kid’s activities, and a raffle.
All the proceeds from the event support local suicide prevention efforts to spread awareness and fight stigma.
