Grimalkin Records is a Richmond- and Hampton Roads-based nonprofit that is collectively led by trans, BIPOC, and disabled artists working locally, across the Commonwealth, nationally, and internationally.
They are hosting their annual music festival in Richmond at Basic City Beer Co. on October 10 and 11, and virtually on October 17. Grimalkin Fest is an ongoing mission-based project aiming to cultivate the skills and experiences of historically undervalued creatives, particularly BIPOC and disabled artists. Festival proceeds will support the sustainability of their annual music festival.
