Kids’ Haven: A Center for Grieving Children is a nonprofit in Lynchburg dedicated to serving the unique needs of bereaved children and teens ages 3-18 and their families through grief support and education. They provide a community-based Family Group Night program, which features a shared meal followed by age-appropriate support groups.
They also offer school-based support groups, an annual grief support summer camp, a non-urgent WarmLine for supportive listening and resources, and grief care packages for families throughout the Greater Lynchburg area and the surrounding counties.
