The Peaks Retreat and Adventure Center is a nonprofit in Thaxton that is committed to providing educational, adventure, and outdoor experiences for learners of all ages.
They offer experiences from a field day on their challenge course, an overnight summer camp, or a weekend stay in their glamping tents; as well as multiple adventure activities onsite, including a zipline, climbing wall, low ropes course, and archery range.
