Profile: The Hermitage Museum & Gardens

With both a nationally recognized art collection and 12 acres of gardens and grounds, the Hermitage Museum & Gardens is one of Norfolk’s last public open green spaces on the water.

Opened to the public by the Sloane family in 1933, it continues to be a source of art and culture for the community. The Hermitage museum strives to create immersive and inclusive spaces for everyone to experience new ways of seeing art and the world.
