On Saturday, December 7th from 4 to 7 PM, James Madison’s Montpelier invites you to bring your entire family to our Holiday Open House to tour the Madisons’ home, which will be decorated according to 19th-century customs.
The Visitor Center will also be open so you can browse the galleries and do some holiday shopping in the Museum Shop.
If you come early, you can walk along Montpelier’s 8+ miles of trails through horse pastures, meadows, and old-growth forests.
