Golf for Alzheimer’s Inc. is a nonprofit in Charlottesville focused on funding Alzheimer’s research in the Commonwealth.
They are hosting their Third Annual Bill Howard Golf for Alzheimer’s tournament at the Club at Glenmore on Monday, May 5. The tournament is an afternoon shotgun start followed by a happy hour and prizes in the evening.
Proceeds provide seed funding for local projects at the University of Virginia. They’re working on detecting, delaying, and preventing the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease.
