Hear Together: Branch Museum of Architecture and Design Awards Ceremony

The Branch Museum of Architecture and Design—a non-profit museum located in Richmond invites you to join them for their annual awards ceremony, VAxDesign, on Friday, October 18th.

This event will celebrate Virginian designers who aim to make our state a better place for all. Their efforts focus on sustainability in construction, accessibility in design, celebrating diversity, and much more.

Proceeds from this event go to The Branch—Virginia’s only design museum—and their goal to explore the impact of design in everyday life.

Hear Together: A Party For The Animals

The William A. Harrison Jr. Foundation is a Richmond nonprofit and creator of Furbish Thrift.

On Friday, Oct. 11th, they’re hosting Wild at Heart : a Party for the Animals at the Maymont Nature Center. 

They invite you to uncage your wild side with them! This fundraiser will include roving entertainment, food and libations, and a silent auction, all to benefit the animal welfare mission of Furbish Thrift.
