Taking its name from the famous Dylan Thomas poem, José González’s new album Against the Dying of the Light, ponders humanity’s future during the rise of generative AI. The Swedish songwriter dug into the technology, including working with a human studio to make an AI generated music video, and he experimented with ChatGPT to write one of the songs on his album.
