The Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) is a nonprofit that serves adults 60+, adults with disabilities, caregivers, and community members of all income levels in Central Virginia. They have centers that serve Nelson, Albemarle, Greene, Fluvanna, and Louisa Counties.
For 50 years, JABA services have provided advocacy, nutrition, and social opportunities designed to support independence and healthy aging. Programs include Respite Centers, Community Centers, Insurance Counseling, and Home Delivered Meals.
