Jones Memorial Library is a nonprofit archive and special collections library in Lynchburg located at 2311 Memorial Avenue.
On Saturday, July 18 from 10AM-4PM, they are hosting “Archives Are Revolutionary” — a 250th-themed Open House. They welcome you to visit their Reading Room to explore special activities, have an insider’s tour of the collections stacks, and view historical maps, books, and objects from the 1700s. You can also discover how Virginians celebrated past anniversaries of the American Revolution.
