Three Notch’d Road: The Virginia Baroque Ensemble is a nonprofit based in Charlottesville that seeks to enrich the culture of Central Virginia through historically informed performances that reveal the beauty of early music. The Ensemble is presenting the opening program of their thirteenth season in Staunton, Crozet, and Charlottesville public concerts September 29th through October 1st. This program, entitled “Genius of Bach,” will feature cellist René Schiffer and flutist David Ross, and include J.S.
