Storefront for Community Design is a nonprofit design center in Richmond that works to inspire community-driven design for the built environment that is equitable and accessible for everyone. Storefront is hosting DesignRVA, a hands-on community day where children and families can imagine and build elements of a neighborhood to create Richmond spaces to live, learn, work, and play.
The event is open to all on Saturday, June 24th, 10am to 2pm at The Branch Museum of Architecture and Design. DesignRVA aims to inspire residents to become active participants in what Richmond becomes for future generations.
